BRFunding is a platform created mainly to enable Business Rescue Practitioners to publish businesses that are going through a business rescue process.
Companies going through business rescue often find it difficult to raise capital. The Act makes provision for Post Commencement Finance which is finance or credit granted to a company in business rescue and is regulated by section 135 of the Companies Act (“the Act").
Business Rescue Practitioners, at a fee, are offered an opportunity to take us through what the business needs to survive and in particular, funding needed for the business to be rescued.
We charge R 1 500 per month per listing
We charge R 4 000 per 3 month cycle
We charge R 6 000 for 6 month cycle listing
